These terms govern use of the SYNRGII App ("the application"), a private GoHighLevel integration operated by SYNRGII ("we", "us"). Installing the application means accepting these terms.
What the application is
A private integration. It is not listed publicly, is not sold, and is installed only into GoHighLevel accounts operated by or on behalf of SYNRGII. It connects to an account once and thereafter reads and updates records within the permissions granted at install.
Cost
The application is provided at no charge. There is no subscription, no usage fee, and no billing relationship created by installing it.
Acceptable use
- Install it only into an account you are authorized to administer.
- Do not attempt to extract credentials from it or use it to reach accounts you do not control.
- Use it in a way consistent with GoHighLevel's own terms and with applicable law.
Your data
Data in a connected account remains yours. We do not claim ownership of it and do not use it for any purpose besides operating the application for you. See the Privacy Policy for what is stored and for how long.
Availability
The application is provided as is, without warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue it, and will give connected accounts reasonable notice before doing so where it is practical to do so.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the application, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Ending it
You may uninstall the application at any time from the connected GoHighLevel account, which revokes its access immediately. We may withdraw it from an account that breaches these terms.
